I just want to sincerely appreciate the entire Rooms & Roundtables team for putting together such a thoughtful, high-impact experience. From the ambience to the quality of conversation, it was clear that this wasn’t just another networking event; it was a room built on purpose and vision. Thank you for creating space for real conversations, vulnerability, and connection. You didn’t just give us access; you gave us depth. I left challenged, inspired, and more grounded in my journey. An incredible experience! Attending Rooms and Roundtables Edition 2 was nothing short of inspiring, thought-provoking, and deeply empowering. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the energy. A room filled with brilliant minds, bold ideas, and passionate change-makers ready to shape Africa’s future. My Favourite Parts: The Conversations: Honest, real, and insightful. Each session with Oreoluwa Shonibare brought fresh perspectives and challenged my thinking. The Networking: Meeting individuals from different career levels and still could complement each other blew my mind. I built new relationships that I genuinely hope will grow into impactful collaborations.

Friday, 25th of October 2024 will be a day forever etched in my memory. All thanks to my experience at Rooms and Roundtables, and the excellent, insightful words by Mr Solomon Ayodele. It changed my perspective on life, redefined the definition of resilience, and also helped me to understand what leadership means, different from how I had seen it. Top of my highlights has to be listening to Mr. Tunde Mabawonku. I took notes from the wisdom he shared from his Island of Knowledge, which I started applying that evening. Thank you, Rooms and Roundtables, for an amazing life-changing event. Special thanks to Ms. Orifunke Lawal, this Mushin boy is grateful.

I had a wholesome moment that will require a lot of unboxing and retrospecting. Several thoughts got validated and the doors of opportunities that got opened to us are/were great toppings on the cake for us. KSA went out of his waaaay! He really did amazing and the fact that some of us could relate to his background, journey and even his faith in God was much more inspiring. My major highlight was Solomon speaking about serving and how important it was to serve. I could relate to his realness and experience and I think I have an experience similar to his particular one around his background and navigating a toxic season in his career. I got to appreciate once more my attitude towards serving, pursuing passion excellently and having purpose top of my mind.
